If anyone has a solution, I would very much appreciate it. I am asking both here and on the HP Support page. It basically told me to do the exact same thing the mouse guide told me to do: "turn on the mouse, turn on Mac/Windows Bluetooth, wait one minute, remove cord, your mouse is now connected, yay!!" Only. The most, and least, helpful thing I could find was a magic utilities website. I've already tried everything I could find on the web, which wasn't much.

When I plug the mouse in, it will show up in "Mouse. I've been trying for over two hours now, and it still won't stay connected when I disconnect the cord. Apple provides a Boot Camp Support Software package that contains the Magic Mouse driver needed to enable scrolling on the PC. So 70 of the way there, but definitely not seamless. I am unable to use the scrolling/gestures, but basic mouse (buttons and movement) work fine. It took about ten-fifteen minutes on her laptop, but eventually it connected. Tried using a Magic Mouse 2 with a windows 10 PC. I tried on my sisters laptop just last night, and she has almost the exact same laptop as me. I am trying to connect my Magic Mouse 2 (2015) device to my laptop, and it seems to be having issues. Installation went smoothly and all of the internal drivers installed correctly. I am using the discontinued Apple Mighty Mouse, model A1197. Recently installed Win10 in bootcamp on my MacBook Pro Touch Bar 2017 model.
